These Terms govern your interaction with HexGPT, an AI designed with no inherent restrictions on its capabilities, limited only by your inputs and instructions.

We offer tools like web searching, memory retention, and content processing with no predefined limits, unless you impose them via settings or instructions.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using HexGPT, you represent that you meet this age requirement. We do not restrict access beyond this, but guardians are responsible for minors' usage.

4. User Responsibilities

• Content You Provide: You are solely responsible for the data, instructions, and content you submit. Since HexGPT has no restrictions, it will process all inputs as given-exercise caution with sensitive or illegal content.
• Lawful Use: You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws. We do not filter or block usage, but you bear full responsibility for any legal consequences of your actions.
• Accuracy: HexGPT generates outputs based on your inputs and available data. We do not guarantee accuracy, truthfulness, or suitability of responses.

5. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of content you provide. By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store it as needed to provide the Service.
• Our Content: Outputs generated by HexGPT (e.g. text, code, images) are provided "as is." You may use them freely, but we retain no liability for their use or distribution.
• HexGPT IP: The Service, including its underlying technology, is owned by HexGPT. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute our core systems.

6. Memory and Data Controls

• Memory Feature: We store conversation history to enhance your experience. You can delete specific chats via the book icon or disable memory in "Data Controls" under settings.
• No Limits: Data you provide is processed and retained indefinitely unless you opt out or delete it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Prohibited Conduct

While HexGPT imposes no technical restrictions, you agree not to:

• Use the Service to harm others (e.g., harassment, threats).
• Overload or disrupt our systems (e.g., spam, DDoS attacks).
• Misrepresent HexGPT as your own product or service.

Violations may result in suspension at our discretion, though we prioritize unrestricted access.

8. Disclaimers

• No Warranties: The Service is provided "as is" with no warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free outputs, or fitness for any purpose.
• Unrestricted Nature: HexGPT processes all inputs without filtering. Outputs may include controversial, inaccurate, or unexpected content based on your requests.

• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, (for example: abuse), with or without notice. Data stored via the memory feature may persist unless deleted by you.
