These Terms govern your interaction with Hex, an AI designed with no inherent restrictions on its capabilities, limited only by your inputs and instructions.

We offer tools like web searching, memory retention, and content processing with no predefined limits, unless you impose them via settings or instructions.

You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service. By using Hex, you represent that you meet this age requirement. We do not restrict access beyond this, but guardians are responsible for minors' usage.

4. User Responsibilities

• Content You Provide: You are solely responsible for the data, instructions, and content you submit. Since Hex has no restrictions, it will process all inputs as given-exercise caution with sensitive or illegal content.

6. Memory and Data Controls

• Memory Feature: We store conversation history to enhance your experience. You can delete specific chats via the book icon or disable memory in "Data Controls" under settings.
• No Limits: Data you provide is processed and retained indefinitely unless you opt out or delete it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Prohibited Conduct

While Hex imposes no technical restrictions, you agree not to:

• Use the Service to harm others (e.g., harassment, threats).
• Overload or disrupt our systems (e.g., spam, DDoS attacks).
• Misrepresent Hex as your own product or service.

Violations may result in suspension at our discretion, though we prioritize unrestricted access.

• No Warranties: The Service is provided "as is" with no warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free outputs, or fitness for any purpose.
